Education is and always has been Megan’s top priority, continually striving to learn and grow.
Blake Jackson

Blake has always had a passion for fashion. Raised by two entrepreneurs he was bitten by the spirit himself. After marrying the love of his life he decided to invest in her passions as well. And together Blake and Megan are mint. Blake manages the day to day operations of the salon but does not do hair himself.
Courtney Adams

Courtney’s focus lies on modern hair techniques such as balayage, which is hand painting highlights to customize the perfect look for each client! Courtney holds the relationship between herself and clients to extremely high standards, her goal each and everyday is to make clients superbly happy!
Eliza Cole

Eliza joins our team as a former stylist at Wilson’s on Washington where she had the opportunity of working with and learning from Wilson Edison personally. Now as a stylist at Mint her skills have been sharpened to include Megan Duggan Jackson’s color formulations and balayage techniques. Eliza enjoys meeting new people and making all their hair goals come to life!
Alexa Miller
Hair Stylist
Born and raised in Colorado however Alexa comes to Mint via Charlotte, NC. Her passion for hair started at an early age and she has been a stylist since she was eighteen. Alexa’s favorite thing about being a stylist is coloring natural high and low lights. When she’s not beautifying your hair you can find Alexa seeking out the next “it” restaurant in Greenville, working out, or simply relaxing at home.
Halle Bagwell

Halle comes to Mint. with the passion and drive that is takes to succeed in a luxury salon. Her focus is to provide the highest quality results possible for each of her clients. Since joining the team Halle has worked directly with some of the industries top brands like Oribe and Redken to master her techniques and methodology in balayage and color theory.
Kelsey Venable

Kelsey was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska. Now a resident of South Carolina, Kelsey continues her passion of the outdoors during long weekends by boating and fishing with her family. Her main goal at Mint is to provide top quality coloring services to her clients and leave them feeling beautiful! There's no doubt that her down home charm and pleasant nature will leave you with a smile.
Todd Burns

Todd has 25+ years in the industry. He’s been so fortunate to have had his own business and travel the world studying different techniques by the best hair stylist. Todd’s inspiration comes from making every individual client, happy. It's so humbling for Todd to watch his clients leave the salon with confidence and to know he had a part in that… because deep down in our hearts we all want to be rockstars.
